As a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, I’ve studied the major dietary theories available to you and will help you discover what approach works best for you.
While most dietitians dwell on calories, points, restrictions and lists of "good" and "bad" foods, I work with clients to create an easy, affordable food plan that’s fun and free of denial. If the changes you make aren't things you enjoy, they won’t last.
No one diet works for everyone. You don't fail on diets--they fail you.
Forget fad diets and the food frenzy of conflicting nutrition information. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that nourish your unique body and fit your lifestyle. The changes you choose will be gradual adjustments that enable you to reach and maintain your ideal weight and fitness levels. And they will feel good!
Knowing what to eat is important, but we won't stop there. To successfully develop long term healthy habits you need to understand WHY, WHEN and HOW you eat. Together we'll deconstruct cravings, examine emotional eating issues and learn to manage the stresses that pull you off track from achieving your health goals.
